Cancellations

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and therapist is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. 

Failed to cancel or reschedule in 24 hours

For any client that has not cancelled or rescheduled a She’s Refreshed bookable service 24 hours in advance, that is over $50, will be required to pay a $25 fee to rebook and/or reschedule with She’s Refreshed. The $25 fee is not a form of store credit that can be used towards your next service. 

Requests to reschedule more than 2 weeks 

Any rescheduling requests made more than 2 weeks after the original appointment date will be considered as a new appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may rise, and we appreciate your understanding as we strive to accommodate all our clients efficiently.
